Tesseract, Overkill and more on tonight's Metal Hammer Radio Show

At the time of writing we don't know if England have been defeated an wholly embarrassing three times in the World Cup, so to either celebrate or commiserate – let's stick on some metal, shall we?

Tonight in the studio we’re joined by James Monteith from djent heroes Tesseract who’ll be telling us what song makes him get up and dance (we’ve seen him dance appallingly many times).

We also have the UK EXCLUSIVE of the new Overkill track, plus more great music from Devildriver, Grand Magus, Kvelertak, Clutch, Hellish Outcast, Motörhead, Behemoth and Down.

Tune in to Team Rock Radio online or on DAB tonight at 9pm.

Luke Morton joined Metal Hammer as Online Editor in 2014, having previously worked as News Editor at popular (but now sadly defunct) alternative lifestyle magazine, Front. As well as helming the Metal Hammer website for the four years that followed, Luke also helped relaunch the Metal Hammer podcast in early 2018, producing, scripting and presenting the relaunched show during its early days. He also wrote regular features for the magazine, including a 2018 cover feature for his very favourite band in the world, Slipknot, discussing their turbulent 2008 album, All Hope Is Gone.
