Napalm Death live tour video released

A video of Napalm Death performing How The Years Condemn live has been issued.

The footage originally features in the track’s official music video, but the full uncut version has been released by producers of upcoming grindcore documentary, Slave To The Grind.

How The Years Condemn is lifted from Napalm Death’s 15th studio album, Apex Predator – Easy Meat.

Bassist Shane Embury previously said of the track: “Musically I wanted this track to encompass lots of different rhythms and nuances in the short space of time which the song occupies.

“Lyrically, it’s a departure from the rest of the new album as it’s self-reflective. A couple of years ago I was hospitalised prior to a very important tour and was forced to miss out on going and had to stay at home.

“I really had to make a choice which was either to carry on down the same path of selfish destruction as I had seen some of my friends embark on or stay around for the people I loved and who loved me.”

Napalm Death will kick off their Savage Imperial Death March tour with the Melvins in North American later this month. They’re also set to perform at this year’s Download Festival.
