Mike Patton and John Kaada release Imodium video

Faith No More and Neverment vocalist Mike Patton and Norwegian composer John Kaada have unveiled their video for Imodium.

The track is lifted from Kaada/Patton’s forthcoming record Bacteria Cult, due out on April 1. It’s their first studio release since 2004’s Romances.

Patton previously said: “Kaada’s compositions have always resonated deeply with me and his orchestral arrangements for this project are harmonically dense and delicious. Each individual piece is so well constructed and inventively assembled that my vocal passages practically sang themselves.

“I’m hoping very much that we can seduce some eardrums and welcome listeners into this lush sonic ‘otherworld.’”

Meanwhile, Patton’s experimental outfit Nevermen released their self-titled debut on January 29. His other band Faith No More also plan to issue a 30th anniversary edition of their debut album We Care A Lot this year via Koolarrow Records.
