Atmospheric post-metallers The Ever Living are premiering their new video for Separated At Death exclusively with Metal Hammer.

Directed by vocalist Chris Bevan Lee, the video features Georgian artist Tamara Kvesitadze's statue of love. Speaking about the video, Chris says "The moving sculpture depicts a love story between a Muslim boy and a Georgian princess who came from different religious backgrounds and who were tragically separated after the Soviet Invasion. Each day at 7pm in Batumi, Georgia, these large kinetic statues begin their journey lasting 10 minutes. The figures move towards each other and for a moment, pass through each other in a short embrace. Then, much like the characters, they go their own ways leaving each other behind."

Separated At Death is taken from the band's upcoming self-titled EP, which you can order from iTunes. "When we came out of the studio we knew that Separated At Death would be the flagship for the EP," says Chris. "Thematically, the video couldn't be more appropriate; pure, direct and intense."
