Chris Robinson Brotherhood have streamed Narcissus Soaking Wet – the first track to appear from fourth album Anyway You Love, We Know How You Feel.

The follow-up to 2014’s Phosphorescent Harvest was created after the former Black Crowes frontman’s outfit retreated to a California mountainside for inspiration.

Robinson says: “It was an opportunity to see where our expression could take us. For us, when it comes to making records, the looser it gets the better.

“It’s all about taking our intuition and following it to where our ideas can really manifest themselves. This turned out to be the most spontaneous record I’ve ever been a part of.”

Chris Robinson Brotherhood tour North America later this year with new drummer Tony Leone and bassist Jeff Hill. Anyway You Love, We Know How You Feel is released on July 29 via Silver Arrow Records, with a full tracklist to follow in due course.

He’s appeared on TV and when not delving intro all things music, can be found travelling along the UK’s vast canal network.
