Allusondrugs have announced a nine-date summer UK tour, saying it will be their last act under their current name.

The Yorkshire rockers hit the road in August with support from Massmatiks and say in a statement that the shows will mark their “final musical undertakings.”

The band say: “Playing shows is what Allusondrugs do, so here’s some shows being done. In further news, The Allusinlove Organisation hereby wish it to be known that these engagements shall be the full and final musical undertakings of the entity known as Allusondrugs.

“Please await further communications on this situation in the coming weeks for details of future works.”

Confusingly, a press release announcing the tour also reveals that Allusondrugs are “busily writing and demoing new material.”

TeamRock understands the band are considering a name change and a new musical direction, rather than a split.

Tickets for the UK tour are available now.

Allusondrugs released their Am I Weird? EP last year.
