Metallica have announced a UK and European tour in support of their 10th album Hardwired… To Self-Destruct.

The band have already performed dates across the world in support of the follow-up to 2008’s Death Magnetic – and following their run of shows across North America this summer, James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo will return to Europe in September for the next leg of their WorldWired tour.

Support will be provided by Norwegian outfit Kvelertak.

The tour will run throughout September, October and November - and restart with further shows in February, March, April and May next year.

Presale tickets will be available to Legacy Met Club members from March 21 at 10am CET, with presale tickets available to all Fifth Members beginning the same day at 11am. General sales get underway on Friday, March 24. Find a full list of tour dates below.

Every ticket purchased through official outlets includes a choice of a standard digital or standard physical copy of Hardwired…To Self-Destruct.
